檢(jian)查(cha)外(wai)圓磨(mo)床機床作(zuo)業(ye)臺移動在筆直(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)面內(nei)的直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度差(cha)錯。在作(zuo)業(ye)臺基地(di)放一個隨機床附帶的橋板,或(huo)克己的專用(yong)橋板(只用(yong)于(yu)斜臺面,平(ping)臺面不需用(yong)橋板)。在橋板基地(di)與作(zuo)業(ye)臺移動的方向平(ping)行放置一個水平(ping)儀(yi)。移動作(zuo)業(ye)臺,每隔250mm記(ji)載一次讀數(shu)(短床身在較(jiao)大磨(mo)削長度的兩頭(tou)和基地(di)三個方位檢(jian)查(cha)),將(jiang)水平(ping)儀(yi)讀數(shu)順次擺放,畫出作(zuo)業(ye)臺的運動曲(qu)線(xian)。天津市在1000mm長度上的運動曲(qu)線(xian)至兩頭(tou)點連線(xian)間的較(jiao)大坐標(biao)值,即是1000mm長度上的直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度差(cha)錯。

通常數(shu)(shu)控機床反轉(zhuan)作業(ye)(ye)臺是(shi)銑(xian)床的(de)(de)(de)附件(jian),分(fen)(fen)(fen)度精度較低,故可選用八方檢(jian)(jian)具(ju)進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)。八方檢(jian)(jian)具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)接(jie)圓直徑為(wei)250mm。在(zai)(zai)作業(ye)(ye)臺錐孔中嚴密刺(ci)進(jin)八方檢(jian)(jian)具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)定位心(xin)軸,以確保作業(ye)(ye)臺反轉(zhuan)基地與八方檢(jian)(jian)具(ju)外(wai)接(jie)圓基地重合。將(jiang)被檢(jian)(jian)作業(ye)(ye)臺固(gu)定于查(cha)(cha)驗平板上,將(jiang)千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)表(biao)底座(zuo)上的(de)(de)(de)凸緣(yuan)靠緊在(zai)(zai)查(cha)(cha)驗平板上導(dao)向槽(cao)的(de)(de)(de)旁邊(bian)(bian)面沒有(you)導(dao)向槽(cao)的(de)(de)(de)可用平尺替代),使千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)表(biao)測(ce)頭頂在(zai)(zai)八方檢(jian)(jian)具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)(bian)上,沿(yan)導(dao)向槽(cao)移動千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)表(biao)座(zuo),使千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)表(biao)在(zai)(zai)兩(liang)處的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)數(shu)(shu)一(yi)(yi)樣(靠滾(gun)動蝸桿手柄來調整)。然后廠(chang)家將(jiang)作業(ye)(ye)臺轉(zhuan)過45°(即(ji)360°/8),千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)表(biao)在(zai)(zai)另一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)悉數(shu)(shu)長度上檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha),順次檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)各邊(bian)(bian)。千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)表(biao)在(zai)(zai)恣(zi)意一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)(bian)兩(liang)頭讀(du)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)較大差值(zhi)即(ji)是(shi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)度差錯。
