沈(shen)陽(yang)機床(chuang)(chuang)起動前(qian)準備 1、工(gong)(gong)(gong)件必須夾(jia)(jia)牢(lao)在夾(jia)(jia)具或工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)(tai)上(shang),夾(jia)(jia)裝工(gong)(gong)(gong)件的(de)(de)壓板不(bu)(bu)得長(chang)出(chu)(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)(tai),在機床(chuang)(chuang)大(da)行程內不(bu)(bu)準站人(ren)(ren)。刀具不(bu)(bu)得伸(shen)出(chu)(chu)過(guo)長(chang),應(ying)裝夾(jia)(jia)牢(lao)靠。2、校正工(gong)(gong)(gong)件時(shi)(shi),嚴禁用(yong)金屬物(wu)猛敲或用(yong)刀架推頂工(gong)(gong)(gong)件。3、工(gong)(gong)(gong)件寬度(du)超(chao)出(chu)(chu)單臂刨(bao)(bao)(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)寬度(du)時(shi)(shi),其重(zhong)心(xin)對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)(tai)重(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)偏移(yi)量不(bu)(bu)應(ying)大(da)于(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)(tai)寬度(du)的(de)(de)四分之一。 4、調整沖程應(ying)使(shi)刀具不(bu)(bu)接觸(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件,用(yong)手(shou)(shou)柄搖(yao)動進行全行程試驗,滑(hua)枕調整后應(ying)鎖(suo)緊(jin)并隨(sui)時(shi)(shi)取下搖(yao)手(shou)(shou)柄,以免落(luo)下傷人(ren)(ren)。5、龍門(men)刨(bao)(bao)(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)床(chuang)(chuang)面(mian)或工(gong)(gong)(gong)件伸(shen)出(chu)(chu)過(guo)長(chang)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)設(she)防護(hu)欄桿,在欄桿內禁止(zhi)通(tong)過(guo)行人(ren)(ren)或堆碼(ma)物(wu)品(pin)。6、龍門(men)刨(bao)(bao)(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)在刨(bao)(bao)(bao)削大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件前(qian),應(ying)先(xian)檢查工(gong)(gong)(gong)件與龍門(men)柱、刀架間的(de)(de)預留空隙,并檢查工(gong)(gong)(gong)件高度(du)限位(wei)器安(an)裝是否(fou)正確牢(lao)固。7、龍門(men)刨(bao)(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)(tai)面(mian)和床(chuang)(chuang)面(mian)及刀架上(shang)禁止(zhi)站人(ren)(ren)、存放工(gong)(gong)(gong)具和其它(ta)物(wu)品(pin)。操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)(ren)員不(bu)(bu)得跨越(yue)臺(tai)(tai)面(mian)。8、作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)于(yu)牛頭刨(bao)(bao)(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)手(shou)(shou)柄上(shang)的(de)(de)力,在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)(tai)水平移(yi)動時(shi)(shi),不(bu)(bu)應(ying)超(chao)過(guo)8kg,上(shang)下移(yi)動時(shi)(shi),不(bu)(bu)應(ying)超(chao)過(guo)10kg。9、工(gong)(gong)(gong)件裝卸、翻身時(shi)(shi)應(ying)注意銳邊、毛(mao)刺割手(shou)(shou)。
進口自自動化車床數控加(jia)工(gong)中心是由電力來(lai)帶(dai)動的(de)(de)(de)(de),所以(yi)必須保(bao)證提供(gong)數控加(jia)工(gong)中心一個良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)電力供(gong)應系統,若是電源(yuan)不夠穩(wen)(wen)定,很有可能(neng)會(hui)導(dao)致加(jia)工(gong)中心的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)精度下降(jiang),甚至(zhi)于(yu)損壞機械零(ling)件,嚴重影響(xiang)加(jia)工(gong)中心設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命,因(yin)此為了(le)避免電源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)波動對設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang),加(jia)工(gong)中心的(de)(de)(de)(de)電源(yuan)需要增設(she)穩(wen)(wen)壓裝置,或使(shi)用其他的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦法來(lai)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)電源(yuan)波動小(xiao)于(yu) 10%。
天(tian)津(jin)機床溜(liu)(liu)板(ban)移動(dong)時傾(qing)(qing)斜(xie)度差錯檢查,將水(shui)平(ping)儀置于溜(liu)(liu)板(ban)燕尾導軌(gui)上(shang)(shang)接近刀架的當地,筆直于床身導軌(gui)(即溜(liu)(liu)板(ban)行程(cheng)方向)。移動(dong)溜(liu)(liu)板(ban),每隔250mm(或500mm、或小于此(ci)值(zhi))記(ji)載一次(ci)讀數(shu),在溜(liu)(liu)板(ban)的悉數(shu)行程(cheng)上(shang)(shang)檢查。水(shui)平(ping)儀在1000mm行程(cheng)和悉數(shu)行程(cheng)上(shang)(shang)讀數(shu)的較大代數(shu)差值(zhi),即是傾(qing)(qing)斜(xie)度差錯。傾(qing)(qing)斜(xie)度差錯以斜(xie)率或角值(zhi)表(biao)明。
