沈陽機(ji)床(chuang)起動前準(zhun)備 1、工(gong)(gong)件(jian)必須(xu)夾牢在(zai)夾具或(huo)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)上,夾裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)壓板(ban)不(bu)(bu)得長出(chu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai),在(zai)機(ji)床(chuang)大行程(cheng)內不(bu)(bu)準(zhun)站(zhan)人。刀具不(bu)(bu)得伸出(chu)過(guo)長,應(ying)(ying)(ying)裝(zhuang)夾牢靠。2、校(xiao)正工(gong)(gong)件(jian)時(shi)(shi)(shi),嚴禁(jin)(jin)用金屬(shu)物猛(meng)敲或(huo)用刀架(jia)推頂工(gong)(gong)件(jian)。3、工(gong)(gong)件(jian)寬度(du)超出(chu)單臂刨(bao)(bao)床(chuang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)寬度(du)時(shi)(shi)(shi),其重心對(dui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)重心的(de)偏移(yi)量不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)大于(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)寬度(du)的(de)四分之(zhi)一。 4、調(diao)整(zheng)沖程(cheng)應(ying)(ying)(ying)使(shi)刀具不(bu)(bu)接觸(chu)工(gong)(gong)件(jian),用手(shou)柄搖(yao)(yao)動進行全行程(cheng)試(shi)驗,滑枕調(diao)整(zheng)后應(ying)(ying)(ying)鎖緊并(bing)隨時(shi)(shi)(shi)取(qu)下(xia)搖(yao)(yao)手(shou)柄,以免(mian)落(luo)下(xia)傷人。5、龍(long)(long)門刨(bao)(bao)床(chuang)的(de)床(chuang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)或(huo)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)伸出(chu)過(guo)長時(shi)(shi)(shi),應(ying)(ying)(ying)設防護欄(lan)桿(gan),在(zai)欄(lan)桿(gan)內禁(jin)(jin)止(zhi)通過(guo)行人或(huo)堆碼物品。6、龍(long)(long)門刨(bao)(bao)床(chuang)在(zai)刨(bao)(bao)削大工(gong)(gong)件(jian)前,應(ying)(ying)(ying)先檢查工(gong)(gong)件(jian)與(yu)龍(long)(long)門柱、刀架(jia)間的(de)預留空(kong)隙(xi),并(bing)檢查工(gong)(gong)件(jian)高度(du)限(xian)位器(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)是否正確牢固。7、龍(long)(long)門刨(bao)(bao)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)面(mian)(mian)(mian)和床(chuang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)及刀架(jia)上禁(jin)(jin)止(zhi)站(zhan)人、存放(fang)工(gong)(gong)具和其它(ta)物品。操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人員不(bu)(bu)得跨越臺(tai)面(mian)(mian)(mian)。8、作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用于(yu)牛頭刨(bao)(bao)床(chuang)手(shou)柄上的(de)力,在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺(tai)水平(ping)移(yi)動時(shi)(shi)(shi),不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)超過(guo)8kg,上下(xia)移(yi)動時(shi)(shi)(shi),不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)超過(guo)10kg。9、工(gong)(gong)件(jian)裝(zhuang)卸、翻身時(shi)(shi)(shi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)注意(yi)銳邊、毛刺割手(shou)。
