通常(chang)河北反(fan)轉作業(ye)臺是銑床的(de)(de)附件,自動(dong)(dong)化車床分(fen)(fen)度精度較(jiao)低,故可選用八方檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)具(ju)進(jin)(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查。八方檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)具(ju)的(de)(de)外(wai)接圓直徑250mm。在(zai)(zai)(zai)作業(ye)臺錐孔中嚴(yan)密刺進(jin)(jin)八方檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)具(ju)的(de)(de)定(ding)位心軸,以確保作業(ye)臺反(fan)轉基(ji)地(di)與八方檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)具(ju)外(wai)接圓基(ji)地(di)重合(he)。 將(jiang)(jiang)被檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)作業(ye)臺固定(ding)于查驗平(ping)板上(shang)(shang),將(jiang)(jiang)千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)表(biao)底座上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)凸緣靠(kao)(kao)緊在(zai)(zai)(zai)查驗平(ping)板上(shang)(shang)導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)槽的(de)(de)旁邊面沒有(you)導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)槽的(de)(de)可用平(ping)尺替代),使(shi)千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)表(biao)測頭頂在(zai)(zai)(zai)八方檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)具(ju)的(de)(de)一邊上(shang)(shang),沿導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)槽移動(dong)(dong)千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)表(biao)座,使(shi)千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)表(biao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)兩(liang)處的(de)(de)讀數一樣(靠(kao)(kao)滾動(dong)(dong)蝸桿(gan)手柄來調(diao)整(zheng))。然后將(jiang)(jiang)作業(ye)臺轉過45°(即360°/8),千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)表(biao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)另一邊的(de)(de)悉數長度上(shang)(shang)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查,順次檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查各邊。千(qian)(qian)分(fen)(fen)表(biao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)恣意(yi)一邊兩(liang)頭讀數的(de)(de)較(jiao)大差值(zhi)即是分(fen)(fen)度差錯。
用(yong)(yong)精(jing)細(xi)(xi)水平(ping)(ping)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺(tai)比照檢查(cha)反(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)作業臺(tai)分度差(cha)錯雖(sui)不及(ji)用(yong)(yong)經緯(wei)儀(yi)丈(zhang)量準確,數控車床卻比用(yong)(yong)經緯(wei)儀(yi)便利,操作簡略,功(gong)率較高。其辦法:將(jiang)精(jing)細(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺(tai)置于平(ping)(ping)板上或機床作業臺(tai)上,用(yong)(yong)水平(ping)(ping)儀(yi)檢查(cha),使轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺(tai)處于水平(ping)(ping)狀況。將(jiang)被檢的(de)反(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)作業臺(tai)疊放(fang)在精(jing)細(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺(tai)上,用(yong)(yong)千分表找正兩轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺(tai)作業面的(de)彼此平(ping)(ping)行度(不平(ping)(ping)行時用(yong)(yong)墊塊墊平(ping)(ping)),并使兩轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺(tai)定(ding)位孔反(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)基地線(xian)重合,用(yong)(yong)螺釘固定(ding)兩個轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺(tai)連成一體銷售。
數控機床(chuang)檢(jian)查(cha)作業(ye)臺(tai)(tai)移動(dong)對水平銑頭(tou)主(zhu)軸軸線(xian)的(de)(de)筆直度(du)差(cha)(cha)錯的(de)(de)辦法(fa)。銷售檢(jian)查(cha)時,將(jiang)進口(kou)水平銑頭(tou)固定在(zai)接近作業(ye)臺(tai)(tai)面(mian)的(de)(de)方位(wei),夾緊(jin)主(zhu)軸套筒(tong),可(ke)旋轉視(shi)點(dian)的(de)(de)銑頭(tou)應調(diao)整到零(ling)位(wei)。作業(ye)臺(tai)(tai)移至導軌基地,即離(li)主(zhu)軸軸線(xian)L/2的(de)(de)當地,并在(zai)作業(ye)臺(tai)(tai)T形槽中(zhong)放一(yi)專用(yong)滑(hua)塊,使滑(hua)塊凸緣緊(jin)靠在(zai)基地T形槽的(de)(de)旁(pang)邊(bian)面(mian)上(shang)。在(zai)主(zhu)軸上(shang)固定一(yi)個角(jiao)形表桿,使千(qian)分表測頭(tou)頂在(zai)滑(hua)塊的(de)(de)旁(pang)邊(bian)面(mian)上(shang),記下表的(de)(de)讀(du)數。滑(hua)塊不動(dong),移動(dong)作業(ye)臺(tai)(tai)L長度(du)后(L的(de)(de)長度(du)按(an)機床(chuang)不一(yi)樣規(gui)格(ge),由沈(shen)陽機床(chuang)精度(du)查(cha)驗規(gui)范(fan)斷定),放置主(zhu)軸180°使千(qian)分表觸(chu)頭(tou)再次觸(chu)及滑(hua)塊的(de)(de)旁(pang)邊(bian)面(mian)上(shang)查(cha)驗。千(qian)分表兩次讀(du)數的(de)(de)較(jiao)大(da)差(cha)(cha)值即是筆直度(du)差(cha)(cha)錯。
依據運用(yong)和規劃的(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)有各(ge)種不一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)定心辦法(fa),銷(xiao)售以確保工件或刀具在(zai)(zai)反(fan)轉時(shi)處于平穩狀(zhuang)況(kuang),因(yin)而進口需求定心軸(zhou)頸的(de)(de)(de)(de)外表與主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)反(fan)轉軸(zhou)線同軸(zhou)。檢查同軸(zhou)度(du)差錯的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦法(fa)也即是(shi)丈(zhang)量(liang)其徑(jing)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)和斜向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)圓跳動差錯。將千(qian)分(fen)表(丈(zhang)量(liang)精度(du)需求高時(shi)選用(yong)測微儀)固定在(zai)(zai)機(ji)床(chuang)上,使千(qian)分(fen)表測頭頂在(zai)(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)定心軸(zhou)頸外表上(若為錐(zhui)面,則測頭筆直于錐(zhui)面),旋(xuan)轉主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)檢查。千(qian)分(fen)表讀數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)較大差值,即是(shi)定心軸(zhou)頸徑(jing)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)和斜向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)圓跳動差錯的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)值。其丈(zhang)量(liang)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)是(shi)被測面的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。
沈(shen)陽機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)起動(dong)前準備 1、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件必(bi)須夾(jia)牢(lao)在夾(jia)具或(huo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)上,夾(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件的(de)(de)壓板不得(de)(de)長出(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai),在機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)大行程(cheng)內不準站人。刀(dao)具不得(de)(de)伸出(chu)過長,應(ying)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)夾(jia)牢(lao)靠(kao)。2、校(xiao)正工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件時,嚴禁用(yong)(yong)金屬物猛敲(qiao)或(huo)用(yong)(yong)刀(dao)架推頂工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件。3、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件寬度(du)(du)超(chao)出(chu)單臂刨(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)寬度(du)(du)時,其重心對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)重心的(de)(de)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量不應(ying)大于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)寬度(du)(du)的(de)(de)四分之一。 4、調整沖程(cheng)應(ying)使刀(dao)具不接觸工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件,用(yong)(yong)手柄(bing)搖動(dong)進(jin)行全行程(cheng)試驗,滑枕(zhen)調整后應(ying)鎖緊并隨(sui)時取(qu)下搖手柄(bing),以免落下傷人。5、龍(long)門刨(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)面(mian)(mian)或(huo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件伸出(chu)過長時,應(ying)設(she)防護欄(lan)桿,在欄(lan)桿內禁止通過行人或(huo)堆碼(ma)物品(pin)。6、龍(long)門刨(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)在刨(bao)削大工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件前,應(ying)先檢查(cha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件與龍(long)門柱、刀(dao)架間的(de)(de)預留空隙,并檢查(cha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件高度(du)(du)限位(wei)器安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)是否正確牢(lao)固。7、龍(long)門刨(bao)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)面(mian)(mian)和(he)(he)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)面(mian)(mian)及刀(dao)架上禁止站人、存放(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具和(he)(he)其它物品(pin)。操作(zuo)人員不得(de)(de)跨(kua)越臺(tai)面(mian)(mian)。8、作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)于牛頭(tou)刨(bao)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)手柄(bing)上的(de)(de)力,在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)水(shui)平移(yi)(yi)動(dong)時,不應(ying)超(chao)過8kg,上下移(yi)(yi)動(dong)時,不應(ying)超(chao)過10kg。9、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)卸(xie)、翻身時應(ying)注意銳邊、毛刺割手。
