檢(jian)查外圓磨床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)臺移動(dong)在(zai)筆直(zhi)平(ping)面(mian)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)度差錯。在(zai)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)臺基地放一(yi)個隨機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)附帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)橋(qiao)板(ban)(ban)(ban),或克(ke)己的(de)(de)(de)專用橋(qiao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(只用于斜(xie)臺面(mian),平(ping)臺面(mian)不需用橋(qiao)板(ban)(ban)(ban))。在(zai)橋(qiao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)基地與(yu)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)臺移動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)方向平(ping)行放置(zhi)一(yi)個水平(ping)儀。移動(dong)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)臺,每隔(ge)250mm記載一(yi)次(ci)讀數(短床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)身在(zai)較大(da)磨削長(chang)度的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)頭和基地三個方位(wei)檢(jian)查),將(jiang)水平(ping)儀讀數順次(ci)擺放,畫出作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)臺的(de)(de)(de)運動(dong)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)。天津(jin)市在(zai)1000mm長(chang)度上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)運動(dong)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)至兩(liang)頭點連線(xian)間的(de)(de)(de)較大(da)坐(zuo)標值,即是(shi)1000mm長(chang)度上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)度差錯。
數(shu)控(kong)車床(chuang)溜板(ban)移動(dong)(dong)在(zai)筆直(zhi)平(ping)(ping)(ping)面內直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)(du)差錯(cuo)檢查:搖擺手柄,將如架(jia)向基地線(xian)(xian)移動(dong)(dong),在(zai)溜板(ban)上接(jie)近刀(dao)架(jia)的(de)(de)(de)當(dang)地和床(chuang)身導(dao)軌平(ping)(ping)(ping)等(deng)地放(fang)一個(ge)水平(ping)(ping)(ping)儀(yi)。溜板(ban)移至近主軸(zhou)箱處,記載一次水平(ping)(ping)(ping)儀(yi)讀數(shu),今(jin)后進口溜板(ban)向尾座(zuo)方向每(mei)移動(dong)(dong)500mm(或小于500mm)記載一次讀數(shu),在(zai)溜板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)悉(xi)(xi)數(shu)行(xing)程上記載不少(shao)于四次。將水平(ping)(ping)(ping)儀(yi)的(de)(de)(de)讀數(shu),順次擺放(fang),畫(hua)出溜板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)運動(dong)(dong)曲線(xian)(xian)。在(zai)溜板(ban)每(mei)移動(dong)(dong)1000mm行(xing)程上的(de)(de)(de)運動(dong)(dong)曲線(xian)(xian)至它的(de)(de)(de)兩頭點連線(xian)(xian)間的(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)大坐標(biao)值,即(ji)是(shi)1000mm行(xing)程上的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)(du)差錯(cuo)。連接(jie)悉(xi)(xi)數(shu)行(xing)程運動(dong)(dong)曲線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)兩頭點連線(xian)(xian),運動(dong)(dong)曲線(xian)(xian)至該連線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)大坐標(biao)值,即(ji)是(shi)悉(xi)(xi)數(shu)行(xing)程上的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)(du)差錯(cuo)。
