數(shu)控車床溜板(ban)移(yi)(yi)(yi)動(dong)在筆直(zhi)平(ping)面內直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)度(du)差錯檢查:搖擺手柄,將(jiang)如架向(xiang)基地線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)動(dong),在溜板(ban)上(shang)接(jie)(jie)近(jin)刀架的(de)(de)(de)當(dang)地和床身導軌(gui)平(ping)等(deng)地放(fang)一個水平(ping)儀。溜板(ban)移(yi)(yi)(yi)至近(jin)主軸箱(xiang)處,記載一次(ci)(ci)水平(ping)儀讀數(shu),今后(hou)進口溜板(ban)向(xiang)尾座(zuo)方向(xiang)每移(yi)(yi)(yi)動(dong)500mm(或(huo)小于500mm)記載一次(ci)(ci)讀數(shu),在溜板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)悉數(shu)行(xing)程上(shang)記載不少于四次(ci)(ci)。將(jiang)水平(ping)儀的(de)(de)(de)讀數(shu),順次(ci)(ci)擺放(fang),畫(hua)出溜板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)動(dong)曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。在溜板(ban)每移(yi)(yi)(yi)動(dong)1000mm行(xing)程上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)動(dong)曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)至它的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)頭點(dian)連(lian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)間的(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)大坐(zuo)標值(zhi),即是1000mm行(xing)程上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)度(du)差錯。連(lian)接(jie)(jie)悉數(shu)行(xing)程運(yun)動(dong)曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)頭點(dian)連(lian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),運(yun)動(dong)曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)至該連(lian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)大坐(zuo)標值(zhi),即是悉數(shu)行(xing)程上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)度(du)差錯。
