1、在使用(yong)前,數控車床(chuang)(chuang)斜(xie)床(chuang)(chuang)身數控車床(chuang)(chuang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)先通過幾何精度檢驗合(he)格,然后再清(qing)(qing)理(li)整(zheng)機。具(ju)體地,就(jiu)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)利用(yong)含(han)有清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)劑的棉(mian)布或綢布來清(qing)(qing)洗(xi),這一階段不得使用(yong)棉(mian)紗或紗布,以免(mian)出現機器卡阻(zu)現象,也就(jiu)是(shi)說要(yao)(yao)(yao)把斜(xie)床(chuang)(chuang)身數控車床(chuang)(chuang)在出廠時為保護導軌面(mian)和加工面(mian)而(er)涂上(shang)的防銹(xiu)油或防銹(xiu)漆(qi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)掉,同時洗(xi)干凈外表面(mian)的灰塵。與此同時,廠家在各滑(hua)(hua)動面(mian)及工作面(mian)涂上(shang)廠家指定的潤滑(hua)(hua)油。
坐(zuo)標鏜(tang)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)精度(du)(du)需求是(shi)(shi)比較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de),所以沈陽(yang)車床(chuang)進(jin)口要檢查(cha)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)臺(tai)或主軸(zhou)箱在(zai)(zai)(zai)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)坐(zuo)標定(ding)位(wei)(wei)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)差(cha)(cha)錯。國(guo)產各式坐(zuo)標鏜(tang)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)體系有(you)光學體系(即(ji)絲杠和(he)校對(dui)尺(chi))。選用的(de)(de)(de)(de)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)體系雖(sui)不(bu)一樣,但定(ding)位(wei)(wei)差(cha)(cha)錯的(de)(de)(de)(de)丈量辦法是(shi)(shi)一樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)機(ji)床(chuang)臺(tai)上(shang),沿縱向移(yi)動(dong)(dong)方向放置一個精細的(de)(de)(de)(de)刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)尺(chi)(刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)尺(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)精度(du)(du)應帶差(cha)(cha)錯檢定(ding)表,檢定(ding)精度(du)(du)在(zai)(zai)(zai)0.0005mm以內),刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)尺(chi)放在(zai)(zai)(zai)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)臺(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基地,高度(du)(du)應在(zai)(zai)(zai)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)臺(tai)面至筆直主軸(zhou)端(duan)面較(jiao)大間隔的(de)(de)(de)(de)l/3~l/2處。將讀(du)數(shu)(shu)顯微鏡(其讀(du)數(shu)(shu)精度(du)(du)為(wei)0.001~0.002mm)固定(ding)在(zai)(zai)(zai)主軸(zhou)套筒上(shang),使顯微鏡能明晰地觀察到刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)尺(chi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian),對(dui)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)臺(tai)在(zai)(zai)(zai)規則(ze)長度(du)(du)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)進(jin)行(xing)檢查(cha)(通常規則(ze)每移(yi)動(dong)(dong)l0mm讀(du)數(shu)(shu)一次)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)讀(du)數(shu)(shu)時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)臺(tai)應夾(jia)緊。定(ding)位(wei)(wei)差(cha)(cha)錯是(shi)(shi)恣意兩(liang)次定(ding)位(wei)(wei)時(shi)讀(du)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)踐差(cha)(cha)值的(de)(de)(de)(de)大代數(shu)(shu)差(cha)(cha)。
