沈陽(yang)機(ji)床(chuang)起動前(qian)準(zhun)備 1、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)必(bi)須夾(jia)牢在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)夾(jia)具(ju)(ju)或(huo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺上(shang)(shang),夾(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壓板不(bu)得長出(chu)(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)機(ji)床(chuang)大(da)行(xing)程內(nei)不(bu)準(zhun)站(zhan)人(ren)。刀(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)不(bu)得伸出(chu)(chu)過(guo)長,應(ying)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)夾(jia)牢靠。2、校正(zheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)時(shi)(shi),嚴禁(jin)用(yong)(yong)金屬物(wu)猛敲(qiao)或(huo)用(yong)(yong)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)架(jia)(jia)推頂(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。3、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)寬度超出(chu)(chu)單臂刨(bao)床(chuang)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)寬度時(shi)(shi),其(qi)重(zhong)心(xin)(xin)對工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺重(zhong)心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)偏(pian)移量不(bu)應(ying)大(da)于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺寬度的(de)(de)四(si)分之一。 4、調整(zheng)沖(chong)程應(ying)使刀(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)不(bu)接觸工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian),用(yong)(yong)手柄搖(yao)動進行(xing)全行(xing)程試驗,滑(hua)枕調整(zheng)后應(ying)鎖緊并隨時(shi)(shi)取下搖(yao)手柄,以免落下傷(shang)人(ren)。5、龍門(men)刨(bao)床(chuang)的(de)(de)床(chuang)面或(huo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)伸出(chu)(chu)過(guo)長時(shi)(shi),應(ying)設(she)防(fang)護欄桿,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)欄桿內(nei)禁(jin)止通過(guo)行(xing)人(ren)或(huo)堆碼物(wu)品(pin)。6、龍門(men)刨(bao)床(chuang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)刨(bao)削大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)前(qian),應(ying)先檢(jian)查工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)與龍門(men)柱、刀(dao)(dao)(dao)架(jia)(jia)間的(de)(de)預留(liu)空隙,并檢(jian)查工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)高度限位器(qi)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)是否正(zheng)確牢固。7、龍門(men)刨(bao)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺面和床(chuang)面及刀(dao)(dao)(dao)架(jia)(jia)上(shang)(shang)禁(jin)止站(zhan)人(ren)、存放工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)和其(qi)它(ta)物(wu)品(pin)。操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員不(bu)得跨越臺面。8、作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)于牛頭(tou)刨(bao)床(chuang)手柄上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)力,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺水平(ping)移動時(shi)(shi),不(bu)應(ying)超過(guo)8kg,上(shang)(shang)下移動時(shi)(shi),不(bu)應(ying)超過(guo)10kg。9、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)卸、翻(fan)身(shen)時(shi)(shi)應(ying)注意銳邊、毛刺割手。
